There is a lot wrapped up in those three words. They weren't chosen lightly, as if to be some catchy phrase for advertising, but they were chosen because it is the way we have always operated.  It is what we want to define every swing of the hammer, every brush stroke, every conversation we have with our customers, other contractors - from the beginning of the project to the end.

Quality is what makes you proud of your home, office, or garage when the keys are finally in your hand. It's what keeps any doubts from coming as to whether you made the right choice or not. It's what makes us more than happy to see you at the job site throughout the construction process; because we are just as concerned about the parts that are never seen as we are about the ones that will always be seen.

Integrity is a rare attribute today, but we believe there is no other way to do business. We seek to be honest and upfront in our dealings. This means presenting you with accurate information from the beginning, and being honest when we need to "check into that" throughout the process. It means the relationships we develop are just as important, and go hand in hand with the work that we do.

Dependability is doing what we said we will do - always. We understand that contractors aren't always seen as being the most reliable - but then, we don't have any desire to be like most contractors. We're quite content with setting the trends and raising the bar.

All of these qualities are not new, and they didn't start with us. As far as we're concerned, there simply is no other way to live. So when we say we want to build you something new, we're not just talking about a building - we're talking about an experience.
